Share a public warranty page
What a customer can see when you share a warranty.
Open and share
- Open the warranty detail or activation success screen.
- Select View warranty to check the public page.
- Select Copy warranty URL to copy the link, Share on WhatsApp to prepare a message to the recorded customer phone number, or Download QR to save a PNG.
- Review the recipient and message in WhatsApp before sending. Use Print labels if you need a paper link.
What the customer sees
The public page shows product name, brand/model, masked serial where available, coverage dates, status, terms, and the issuing business’s contacts and logo. It does not show the customer’s full contact details, internal notes, purchase price, receipts, or invoices.
Anyone with the link or QR code can open this limited public view without an account. The link is not proof of ownership and does not sign someone in to the Customer Portal. Claim access is verified separately.
Links, QR codes and preview images
Use the generated link exactly as provided, including letter case. Editing, extending, or voiding a warranty does not replace its link; older issued links still resolve. A product photo may appear in a social sharing preview even though the public certificate has no photo gallery.
If copying fails, open View warranty and copy the browser address. If a preview image is delayed, first confirm the uploaded product photo is available in the workspace; a messaging app may retain an earlier preview.
