Print warranty QR codes and labels

Create a scannable paper link to a warranty.

Print one warranty

  1. Open a warranty or its activation success screen and select Print labels.
  2. Choose a Format in Print warranty QR. Formats include detailed labels, small QR stickers, compact or standard stickers, A4 or US Letter sheets, and a receipt-friendly block.
  3. For one warranty, set Copies from 1 to 100. Check the preview and label dimensions.
  4. Select Print after the QR codes finish preparing. In the printer dialog use 100% / actual size and disable headers and footers.
  5. Print and scan one sample before printing more labels.

Print selected warranties

In Warranties, select the rows you need and choose Print selected. A batch can contain up to 50 warranties, with one label per selected warranty. Choose the sheet format that matches your paper or labels.

Customize a label

Label customization is available on every plan. Under Customize label, choose a template and adjust QR color, Background, Text color, Accent, and Label text. Available content switches depend on the template. Keep sufficient contrast and test a printed sample; small stickers prioritize the QR and label text.

Owners and Admins can upload a Business logo and select Save as workspace default. The logo updates the workspace logo, not just this print. Other members with print access can customize the current print without saving the workspace default. Reset restores the standard appearance for the current selection; save it as the default if you want that change reused.

Choose a readable and appropriate label

If Warly says the QR code would print too small, choose a larger format. Do not crop or cover the white border around the QR.

The detailed Single warranty label can include the customer name and full serial number available to the member printing it. Check the physical preview before attaching a label to publicly visible packaging. Smaller formats show less detail.
