Terms of service

Updated 15 Sept 2026 · Version 2

The terms for using Warly, managing business warranty records, and viewing public certificates.

Who provides Warly

These terms describe your relationship with Warly when you use the service. In these terms, Warly, we, and us refer to the provider of the Warly service. You can contact us at support@warly.app or through the Contact page. These terms apply to the website, business workspace, public warranty certificates, and support form. The date shown above identifies the current published version.

Using Warly for your business

The business workspace is for people who have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and authority to act for the business they register. By creating or using a business account, you agree to these terms on behalf of that business. Visitors who view public certificates or use the contact form must follow the parts of these terms that apply to those activities.

Provide accurate registration and business details. Protect your sign-in credentials, use access only as authorized, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Your business is responsible for the people it authorizes to use its workspace and for keeping their permissions appropriate.

What the service does

Warly lets businesses record customer and product details, issue digital warranty certificates, store permitted supporting documents, and maintain warranty and service histories. A public link or QR code lets a visitor view the certificate without a customer account.

Warly provides record-management software. It does not manufacture, sell, inspect, insure, or repair the products listed by businesses. We do not independently verify a product's authenticity, a sale, a receipt, or the accuracy of a business's warranty statement.

Responsibility for warranties and claims

The merchant, manufacturer, or other warranty provider identified in the applicable warranty is responsible for its promise, its claim process, and its legal obligations. Your business must explain who provides coverage and enter accurate dates and terms. Do not describe Warly as the warranty provider unless we have separately agreed to provide that specific warranty.

The displayed status is based on the record's dates and any void action entered in the service. A displayed status, an extension, or a void action does not itself decide a claim, cancel a statutory right, or establish that a product is safe. Direct product defects, repairs, refunds, and coverage disputes to the responsible business or warranty provider. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

Records and permitted use

You retain your rights in the information and documents you submit. You give Warly permission to host, process, back up, and display them as needed to provide the features you use, maintain security, and respond to your support requests. You must have the rights and lawful authority needed to provide that information and to instruct us to process it.

Keep records accurate and upload only information relevant to the warranty or service. Provide any privacy information required for your customers and staff. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive information that the service does not need.

Do not use Warly for fraudulent warranties, impersonation, unlawful disclosure, harassment, unsolicited bulk messages, malicious files, unauthorized access, or interference with the service. Do not bypass access controls, issue limits, or safeguards against abusive requests.

Public certificates and sharing

A public certificate is available to anyone who has its link or QR code. It shows the business's contact information and address, its available logo, product details including a masked serial number, purchase and expiry dates, and the entered warranty terms. Do not put private customer information in product descriptions or terms that appear publicly.

The separate customer contact fields, full serial-number field, purchase price, private notes, and uploaded warranty documents are excluded from the public certificate. A downloaded or forwarded copy is outside Warly's access controls. Share links and downloaded information responsibly.

Free allowance and future paid plans

The current free plan allows each business to create 25 warranties in total. This is a lifetime allowance for that business account, not a monthly allowance. A voided warranty still counts. Reaching the limit does not by itself disable existing public certificates.

Any Business or Pro plan descriptions currently marked as previews are not an active checkout or paid subscription. Warly does not currently collect subscription payments in the application. If paid services become available, the applicable price, billing conditions, and cancellation terms will be presented before you choose to purchase them. Registering a free account does not authorize future charges.

Access, availability, and your copies

We maintain the service and may change it, fix errors, or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that the service will meet a particular regulatory recordkeeping requirement. Keep independent copies of records you must retain for your business or by law.

Access to private information depends on the account and its permissions. Warly platform administrators may inspect records for support, security, and platform oversight. Relevant actions are recorded in the service's audit history.

Suspension and closing an account

We may restrict a business or user where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. You can contact support@warly.app to ask about a restriction or request account closure and assistance with your data.

The current application does not provide automatic account deletion. Suspension, warranty expiry, or voiding does not erase the underlying records. Public certificates can remain available when business access is suspended. We handle requests to remove or restrict information in light of the request, the business's instructions, applicable legal duties, and the need to preserve relevant evidence. Our Privacy policy explains current retention practices.

Contact requests and external services

The contact form is for questions about Warly, sales, support, and privacy. Send only the information needed to explain your request. Submitting a form does not approve a warranty claim or create a promise about response time.

Some features open an external service, such as WhatsApp or your email application. Your use of that service is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. Warly does not control delivery through those services.

Intellectual property and responsibility

Warly's software, branding, and original website content belong to us or our licensors. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of them. Your business remains responsible for its records and warranty promises; Warly remains responsible for the obligations that apply to it as the service operator.

These terms do not exclude liability for fraud or any other responsibility that applicable law prevents us from excluding or limiting. They do not require you to waive a statutory consumer remedy or a right to bring a complaint.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The published date will identify the latest version, and we will provide any additional notice or obtain agreement where required by applicable law. An update to these terms does not rewrite a merchant's previously issued warranty terms.

For questions about these terms or the service, contact support@warly.app. Mandatory laws and dispute-resolution rights that apply to you continue to apply; these terms do not impose a particular arbitration process or waive access to a competent court.
