Create a merchant account and workspace

Create your account

1. Open merchant registration and enter your email address and password.
2. Complete email confirmation with the code sent to that address, then sign in.
3. If you are joining an existing business, use its team invitation. Otherwise follow onboarding to create your workspace.

Set up the business

Enter the business name, country, category, phone, WhatsApp number, email, and address. Check the country suggested by Warly. Add an optional logo and review the default warranty duration and terms before selecting Create my workspace.

Your account identifies you when you sign in. The workspace holds a business’s records and settings; its public contact email can be different from your sign-in email. A partner code or selected referral can be applied during onboarding if you have one.

Choose a starting plan

Choose Start 14-day Pro trial or Continue with Free. The trial starts only when you explicitly start it. Continuing with Free preserves the option to start your one eligible trial later from Plan & billing.

Free is available now. Public paid-plan cards use Contact us or Talk to sales rather than self-service checkout. Contact Warly for an arranged upgrade.

If setup does not finish

Check required fields and the phone country. If a referral is expired or conflicts with another selected partner, clear it or use a current matching code. If your email is unconfirmed, complete confirmation before signing in.
