Manage leads and referral attribution
Create lead invitations and understand how new and existing businesses accept a referral partner.
Create a lead invitation
- Open Leads in the Partner Portal as an active partner.
- Use Add lead to enter the business and contact names, with optional email, phone, and notes.
- Select Create invitation and copy the invitation link for that lead.
- Share the link with the intended business and follow the lead’s open or converted status.
New businesses
A referral link records the selected partner for up to 60 days in the browser. The business can review that partner during workspace creation or enter a partner code. Browser storage may be cleared or unavailable; ask the business to check the selected partner rather than assuming a click is enough.
A lead invitation converts once when used to create a business. A regular referral link can be shared with multiple businesses. If a different partner is already selected, the business must clear that selection before choosing another.
Businesses that already signed up
An Owner can open a partner link, sign in, select an eligible active business without an existing referral partner, and explicitly accept the request. Declining makes no change. Staff and Admins cannot accept on the Owner’s behalf.
Once a business has a referral partner, another link does not replace it. Contact Warly to resolve a mistaken attribution. You cannot refer your own business, and an expired, disabled, or inactive partner link must be resolved before continuing.
Track results
Referrals shows attributed businesses, their joined date, current plan/subscription status, and earned commission. Attribution does not grant access to merchant records and does not itself earn commission; eligible payments determine earnings.
