What Warly does
Warly keeps a business’s issued warranties, customer records, product catalog, and service history together. Each issued warranty has a public page and a QR code. Eligible workspaces also manage customer claims and team access. Owners and Admins on Scale can use Reports to analyze warranty and claim activity.
Choose your starting point
- Business owner: create a workspace, check business settings, choose Free or the Pro trial, and issue your first warranty.
- Admin or Staff: accept your invitation and use the workspace actions available to your role.
- Technician: find warranties assigned to you, record service work, and review claims where the workspace plan allows.
- Customer: open the warranty link or QR code from your seller. Use the Claim Center for a product issue or create a separate customer account to keep linked warranties together.
- Partner: complete your partner profile, share your referral link, and follow referrals, commissions, and payouts in the Partner Portal.
