Upload and open warranty receipts and files
Keep receipts, invoices, and product photos on a warranty and understand their visibility.
Attach a file
- Open the warranty and select Attachments.
- As an Owner, Admin, or Staff member, choose Add attachment.
- Choose Receipt, Invoice, or Product photo, then select the file and upload.
- Open the saved attachment to confirm it loads. If the browser blocks a new tab, allow it for this action and try again.
Limits and file types
Warranty attachments support PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP, up to 10 MB per file and 10 attachments per warranty. For a product photo that should appear in previews, use an image, not a PDF. A reused product image also occupies an attachment place.
The current interface has no attachment delete or replace action for an issued warranty. If the limit is reached or an uploaded file is incorrect, contact Warly rather than repeatedly attempting uploads.
Who can see the file
Owners, Admins, and Staff can open private warranty files. Technicians cannot. Receipts and invoices do not appear on the public certificate or in the Customer Portal. Product photos can be used in public sharing previews.
Claim attachments are separate files added by a customer during claim submission. They are viewed from the claim, not the warranty Attachments tab.
If upload or opening fails
Check type, size, connection, and allowance. If a warranty was already created, work from that existing record. Reopen the file from Attachments if an old download link no longer works. Contact Warly if a file remains unavailable.
