What happens when a Pro trial ends
Find your current allowance and next steps after a trial.
What expires
The Pro trial lasts 14 days from activation. Without a new eligible subscription, the workspace returns to Free allowances when the trial ends. No credit card is needed for the trial, and starting it does not enroll you in an automatic paid checkout.
Existing records remain
Issued warranties, public warranty links, customer and product records, and recorded history are retained. Linked customers can still see their existing warranties and claims in the Customer Portal.
Merchant claim management and new online claims require an eligible current plan. New team invitations also need team eligibility. Existing membership records are retained; access to each action depends on current permissions and entitlements.
The Free allowance is not a fresh batch
Free counts warranties issued across the workspace’s lifetime, including those created before or during the trial. If that total reaches or exceeds 25, you cannot issue another warranty on Free. Voiding records does not lower the count.
Review your next step
- Open Plan & billing as the Owner or Admin and select Refresh billing if the displayed status looks stale.
- Check your current plan and remaining warranty allowance.
- The Owner can use Contact Warly to upgrade. Public paid checkout remains unavailable; discuss an arranged plan with Warly.
- If an arranged paid subscription replaces the trial, the trial history is retained and the current subscription controls the allowance.
If an existing paid plan becomes inactive
A paused, canceled, overdue, or expired entitlement can also reduce new issuance to the Free allowance. Existing warranties are retained. Ask the Owner to contact Warly about restoring the intended plan rather than recreating data.
