A warranty is missing from my portal
Check account details and the original warranty link.
Check the account and issued contact
- Check the signed-in email in the Customer Portal Account tab.
- Open the original warranty link or QR code to confirm the warranty exists.
- Ask the issuing business to check the customer email stored on that issued warranty, not only the current customer profile.
- If you used a different customer account, sign out and sign in with the intended verified email.
A warranty with no email
A phone-only guest claim does not automatically link the warranty to a customer account. After verifying the available Claim Center method, use Add an email to this warranty when offered. Verify the email and submit the request to the issuer. The issuer must approve it before the warranty changes.
For a warranty with no recorded customer contact, sign in first and make the access request offered in its Claim Center. An approved request made while signed in can link it to your account. These flows require an eligible warranty and issuer; otherwise contact the business.
Historical details and unresolved cases
Editing a saved customer profile does not rewrite issued warranties. The current interface has no general customer reassignment or customer-contact editor for issued warranties. An incorrect existing email or an unavailable request flow needs help from the issuer or Warly.
A trial ending does not erase your linked warranties. Share the general problem and warranty reference through an appropriate support channel; never share passwords or verification codes.
