Save reports and export CSV results
Reuse report configurations, manage saved reports, and download complete CSV tables.
Save and reopen a report
Saved configurations belong to the workspace and are available to its authorized reporting members. Deleting one removes the configuration, not warranties or claims. Saving a configuration does not schedule email delivery.
- In Report builder or Saved reports, enter a Report name of up to 100 characters and select Save configuration.
- Open Saved reports and select Open beside a saved item to load its configuration and generate it.
- Review the saved From and To dates. Saved dates are fixed dates, not an automatically rolling Last 30 days subscription.
- Use Rename, Duplicate, or Delete as needed. To retain changed filters or metrics, save a new configuration with a clear name.
Download results
CSV is the supported reporting export. There is no XLSX or PDF reporting export. You can open a downloaded CSV in a spreadsheet application.
Generated reports expire after seven days; generate again if a report is expired. Download links last two minutes. Request another download if the link expires. Saved configurations are separate from these temporary generated results.
- Generate the report and wait until it is ready. Apply any changed controls with Generate report first.
- Select Export CSV beside the detailed results, or open Exports, choose an Export section, and select Download CSV beside a ready report.
- Record the report dates, filters, and generation time alongside the download. The CSV contains table columns and rows, without a separate date-range or filter summary. A table export includes all its rows, not only the visible page or chart.
Share the appropriate information
Customer names can appear in customer and detail exports. Phone numbers, email addresses, full serial numbers, and internal identifiers are excluded. Report access and export both require Owner or Admin access and a current Scale entitlement.
A downloaded file remains on your device after a plan or role changes. Check its generation time and share it only with intended recipients. For unavailable historical information, retain the missing value rather than filling in an estimate.
