Create a report with Report builder

Build and generate

1. Open Reports, then Report builder.
2. Choose Dataset: warranties, claims, products, customers, or team.
3. Choose one Group by option. The available groupings and metrics depend on the dataset.
4. Select one to ten Metrics and a View: table, bar, or line. A line chart requires time grouping.
5. Set the dates in the displayed timezone, comparison, filters, grouping interval, and sort controls, then select Generate report.
6. Review the detailed table. Bar charts show up to 12 rows on the displayed page; time-series line charts cover the complete selected period.

Example: compare product claim rates

Choose products, group by product, and select Warranties issued, Claims opened, and Claim rate. Start with Last month and Previous period. Generate, then review counts alongside rates before drawing conclusions about a product.

For a time trend, choose time grouping and line view. Use weekly or monthly grouping for a longer period. Changing dataset or grouping can remove incompatible metrics, so review the selection before generating or saving.

Keep a reusable configuration

Enter a Report name under Saved configurations and select Save configuration. The saved item stores dates, filters, metrics, and display choices; it does not freeze the underlying records. Open Saved reports to reuse it.
