A warranty QR code will not scan

Check print quality and the link behind a QR code.

Check the link first

  1. Open the warranty URL directly. If it does not load, check the full link and its letter case with the issuing business.
  2. Use Download QR or Print labels from the warranty record to get a fresh code for that exact link.
  3. Remember that a Void or Expired page is still a working link; it reports the current coverage status.

Check printing

  1. Wait for Preparing QR to finish. If the safe-size warning appears, select a larger preset.
  2. Use the correct paper size, 100% / actual size, and no browser headers or footers.
  3. Keep the black code sharp, the white border intact, and the label flat and uncovered.
  4. Test a single label with your phone camera before printing a batch. If the print preview is blank, close and reopen Print labels.
