I did not receive a claim verification code
Safe checks when a claim code is missing.
When a code does not arrive
- Check that the masked email in the Claim Center is an address you can access. It comes from the issued warranty.
- Check spam and filtered folders. Allow time for delivery.
- If you need another code after the code-entry form is shown, reopen the warranty’s Claim Center and select Send verification code again. Wait at least a minute after the previous send.
- Use the newest six-digit code in the same verification flow. Keep any leading zero.
Expired or incorrect codes
A claim email code expires after 10 minutes. A newer code replaces the earlier verification attempt, and a used code cannot be reused. If Warly says the session is invalid or the code expired, request a fresh code. For too many attempts or requests, stop retrying and wait before trying again.
If access expires after you verified, reopen the Claim Center and verify again. Verification is temporary and specific to that warranty.
Phone or contact problems
Phone-only warranties ask for the number saved at issue, including the correct country code; they do not send an SMS. Ask the issuer if the original number is wrong. Changing a customer profile later does not automatically change issued warranty contact details.
If no contact was recorded, use the issuer access-request flow offered on screen. If the displayed email belongs to someone else, contact the issuer rather than guessing codes.
Delivery unavailable
If Warly reports that email verification is unavailable or that a trial email allowance was reached, contact the issuer or Warly with the error. Do not send a password or verification code. Merchant account confirmation uses a separate verification flow.
